Extensions are quick and easy when you pair the ORLY Builder in a Bottle with our new Fast Forms!  Build a perfectly curved apex without sculpting in under 3 minutes. With 12 sizes to choose from, apply beautiful precision extensions every time in just a few minutes.  Build your business by offering a new premium extension service at all of your stations regardless of skill level.

 

  • Fast Forms come in 12 sizes (0-11) to ensure a perfect fit for flawless application on nail beds of all sizes.
  • Fast Forms feature grid lines that allow for precision sculpting and ensure that all extensions are the same length.
  • Fast Forms are the perfect companion for Builder In A Bottle, reducing application time by half.
  • Simple to follow protocol eliminates the barrier of entry into extension application.
  • Step 1
    Dry manicure prep including clipping, filing, cuticle clean up, and buff.

    Step 2
    Prime - Apply GELFX Nail Primer onto the entire nail.

    Step 3
    Fast Form Prep - Apply a medium sized bead of GELFX Builder In A Bottle into the Fast Form and spread evenly to your desired length. Apply slightly less product at the base of the form, closest to cuticle.

    Step 4
    Application - Place prepped Fast Form onto the nail and cure for 30 seconds. Gently rock tabs to pop the Fast Form off of the nail.

    Step 5
    Apply two layers of Builder in a Bottle over the sculpted nail, curing 30 seconds between each coat.

    Step 6
    Cleanse the top of the nail and under the free edge with alcohol.

    Step 7
    File, shape, and buff to final desired look.

    Step 8
    Cleanse the top of the nail and under the free edge with alcohol.

    Step 9
    Apply GELFX Topcoat to each nail and cure for 30 seconds & cleanse. If using ORLY GELFX No Cleanse Topcoat, cure 60 seconds.

Sam Nail Supply offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $100. Please be aware that this free shipping does not apply to heavy items (weighing more than 8 lbs) or oversized products like furniture and equipment. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Marketplace orders may take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be shipped out by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties, and taxes

SamNailSupply.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Buyer have to inspect the quality and quantity the Goods at the time and place of delivery and sign the proof of delivery. If there are any damages or lost, buyer has to notify Sam's Nail Supply immediately before signing the proof of delivery. Sam's Nail Supply will not responsible for any damages or lost of products after delivering the goods to Buyer. The proof of Delivery is a proof that Buyer accepts the Goods “AS IS” with any faults.

The Buyer’s failure to give notice of any claim within 24 hours from the date of delivery will constitute an unqualified acceptance of the Goods and operate as a waiver by the Buyer of all claims with respect to the Goods.
