                                   Limited Warranty for Pedicure Spa Chairs

Sam’s Nail Supply ("SAM") warrants to the original purchaser of a SAM pedicure spa chair (the "Product") that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods:

  • One (1) year for all parts
  • Two (2) years for the spa shell

This Limited Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

What is Covered:

  • This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that render the Product unusable for its intended purpose.
  • SAM will, at its sole option, replace any defective parts of the product. We will only replace/exchange the defective parts via third party shipping.

What is Not Covered:

  • This Limited Warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, or accident
    • Damage caused by improper or inadequate maintenance
    • Damage caused by use of unauthorized parts or accessories
    • Damage caused by acts of God, such as floods, fires, or lightning
    • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • This Limited Warranty is void if the Product is:
    • Modified or altered in any way
    • Removed from its initial location of shipment as provided in the invoice

Customer Responsibilities:

  • The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.
  • The original purchaser must contact SAM's Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any defective parts or Products.
  • The original purchaser is responsible for shipping the defective parts or Products to SAM at the purchaser's expense.
  • SAM will pay for shipping the repaired or replacement parts or Products back to the original purchaser.

Warranty Disclaimer:

SAM's sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to repair or replace, at its sole option, any defective parts or Products. SAM will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Product or any breach of this Limited Warranty.

Governing Law:

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Entire Agreement:

This Limited Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between SAM and the original purchaser with respect to the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Additional Terms:

SAM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty at any time without prior notice.

    Sam Nail Supply offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $100. Please be aware that this free shipping does not apply to heavy items (weighing more than 8 lbs) or oversized products like furniture and equipment. 

    Shipment processing time

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Marketplace orders may take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be shipped out by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

    Shipment confirmation & order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Customs, duties, and taxes

    SamNailSupply.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Damages

    Buyer have to inspect the quality and quantity the Goods at the time and place of delivery and sign the proof of delivery. If there are any damages or lost, buyer has to notify Sam's Nail Supply immediately before signing the proof of delivery. Sam's Nail Supply will not responsible for any damages or lost of products after delivering the goods to Buyer. The proof of Delivery is a proof that Buyer accepts the Goods “AS IS” with any faults.

    The Buyer’s failure to give notice of any claim within 24 hours from the date of delivery will constitute an unqualified acceptance of the Goods and operate as a waiver by the Buyer of all claims with respect to the Goods.
