SamNailSupply.com offers free domestic shipping on orders over $100. For Wholesale members, free shipping is available on orders over $500. Please be advised that marketplace (dropshipping), heavy (35 lbs and over), and oversized (furniture or equipment) items are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Marketplace orders may take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be shipped out by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
SamNailSupply.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Buyer have to inspect the quality and quantity the Goods at the time and place of delivery and sign the proof of delivery. If there are any damages or lost, buyer has to notify Sam's Nail Supply immediately before signing the proof of delivery. Sam's Nail Supply will not responsible for any damages or lost of products after delivering the goods to Buyer. The proof of Delivery is a proof that Buyer accepts the Goods “AS IS” with any faults.
The Buyer’s failure to give notice of any claim within 24 hours from the date of delivery will constitute an unqualified acceptance of the Goods and operate as a waiver by the Buyer of all claims with respect to the Goods.
- Return Duration: Customers may return products within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags/labels attached. Items that are damaged altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or we made a shipping error. In such cases, [Your Business Name] will provide a prepaid return label.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
