Thank you for visiting and shopping at SamNailSupply.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SamNailSupply.com offers free domestic shipping on orders over $100. Please be advised that heavy (8 lbs and over), and oversized (furniture or equipment) items are not eligible for free shipping. The item weight is listed on the product page of that item and also on the shopping cart. For wholesale customers, free shipping might be available on orders over $2000 for small and light products.

We only ship within the United States

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Marketplace orders may take 1-3 days to be delivered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order change/ cancellation

A refund for 100% of the customer’s purchase price will be issued to the customer for a canceled order prior to the order has been processed. After the order has been processed/shipped, any requests for change or cancellation of the order will be subjected to a cancellation/restocking fee of 30% of the total order amount. NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE ON A SPECIAL/DISCOUNT ORDER.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be shipped out by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or Freight shipping. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties, and taxes

SamNailSupply.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SamNailSupply.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
